Juan and his crew were great! They offered a competitive price, set traps even though no droppings were seen, and sent before and after pictures for my attic insulation job. Juan was immediately available for my questions and concerns even returned to check on the work done. Highly recommend this company!

Juan and his team were a pleasure to work with. Responded immediately with a visit for a quote. Price was reasonable and the work was completed quickly. I can already see the benefits of adding insulation in the attic. The house stays a much more consistent temperature and the heater doesn't come on as much at night. Highly recommended business. Superb Service.  Clean.  Efficient.  Above & Beyond.  FIVE STARS +++ I  became aware of American Attic via their entry in the Diamond Certified booklet sent to my home.  After checking their stellar reviews on line, I contacted Juan, the owner, who promptly scheduled an appointment, sending his son Luis, who did a complete, mindful and tidy inspection of my project. (Special Note: Luis actually gave about 40 minutes of his time helping me help a neighbor who was in physical distress!!!) I required the addition of insulation, to the attic and within our expanded crawl space of the original section of our 1925 redwood framed/stucco CA cottage, Luis emailed a detailed and fair quote, which considered that my project only required install, no removal, no debris cleaning & no apparent rodent incursion.  After quote review, I booked the job. American Attic company is family owned, intentionally kept small and employs a dedicated crew, with one exception; a contract specialist was brought in to properly insulate an attic of an upstairs room, NOT accessible via the larger attic.  In this case, small holes were strategically opened in the room's ceiling, so to evenly blow in & distribute the insulation. Good know for neat-niks, those concerned about site cleanliness: Luis' team wore booties over their shoes, taped down a walkway of thick plastic & put up a plastic containment curtain. They also minimized incursion into our home by running the insulation supply hose through a window. This job was completed within 5 hours.  Luis was on-site for part of the time to provide job oversight and to answer my questions. I have had experience with many trades people. Most were good or very good.  Luis and his team were exceptional.

American Attic was recommended to me by my relocation agent when I had a difficult situation.  I had a small storage space at Uhaul and the facility had a rodent infestation.  All my belongings were contaminated and covered in droppings.  I was concerned about bringing any contamination into my home. Juan offered me a free inspection and was able to meet me the next morning.  He was very professional and transparent.  He told me that since the job was relatively small and they had a minimum, it might not be cost effective for me to use their service.  However, given the high personal value of the items, I needed a service I trusted. I booked an appointment and I am very happy with that decision because the service American Attic provided was worth every penny to me.  Carlos, the technician, was very professional and thorough.  Since the rodents had gotten into my sealed boxes and luggage, he individually inspected and disinfected every item.  I had a stack of letters and he even individually disinfected every letter.  He was patient while I made decisions about what to keep and what to throw away.  He then disposed of all the garbage, cleaned the space and loaded all the items into my car. I highly recommend this service.  I also was happy to support a small, locally owned business.

American attic was fantastic they responded right away and we scheduled an appointment as soon as possible they were able to come out and completely clean out my attic added new insulation and as well as my basement they replaced out my air ducts and put brand new ones in. Pricing was very reasonable and they satisfied all my needs for my home. If I ever have an issue again they will be the first people I call! Highly recommend thank you. Juan and his team did an excellent job with removing and installing insulation underneath my house and in the attic. Out of the four people who gave me a work quote, he was the only one who immediately figured out how to access my funky attic. Two other reputable companies wanted to create new access to my attic through a closet ceiling- completely unnecessary and an added expense.  Juan and his team completed the work in a day. Juan took "before" and "after" pictures, and he even vented a bathroom vent to the outside of my house that had been randomly venting into the attic. They left my house and basement completely clean. Juan called the morning of the job to make sure he knew in which room I had stashed my cats so they wouldn't be disturbed. Highly recommended!

Juan, Alfredo, and the team was respectful, professional, and completed a quality job in one day.  In addition, they are price competitive. I interviewed a number of attic insulation companies.  While all of them were professional and competitive, American Attic stood out.  They listened to what I requested, and provided exactly what I wanted, all in one day! I would hire them again in a minute! Please consider them if you need attic insulation work.

We had Juan and his team install a crawlspace vapor barrier for us. His price was fair and he was knowledgeable and responsive. His team was professional  and neat, and went above and beyond. They didn't just install the vapor barrier but made sure the crawlspace was well sealed against pests and even fixed the loose hinges on our crawlspace door! I would highly recommend them.

They did an outstanding job of installing two sump pumps in my crawlspace. This completely fixed the problem of water in my crawlspace. We had a major 4 day rain storm and the pumps kept the water out. Juan is a very knowledgeable and nice person to work with. He cares about the quality of the work he does. Highly recommend.
